What are the penalties for having Paraphernalia in Harrisburg?

If you are in possession of marijuana paraphernalia you shall be issued a non traffic summary citation by a police officer. The officer may take down the subject’s name and address and send the citation by mail.

The penalty for a first or second offense of possession of marijuana paraphernalia is a $75 fine. The court may suspend such a fine if the guilty party agrees to and completes up to 9 hours of community service or whatever number the court deems appropriate.
