Can I terminate my lease early if I am a victim of domestic violence, sexual assault or stalking?

Tenants who are victims of domestic violence, sexual assault or stalking must notify their landlords prior to moving out. Tenants are required to give their landlords a copy of the notice of their departure with a copy of the restraining order, police report, emergency protective order, within 180 days of the date these reports were issued. Additionally, tenants will be required to pay rent 30 days after their notice.
